Susans Bay community is similar in every respect to Kroo Bay and Congo Town communities. When cholera broke out in Freetown in 2009, the residents of Susans Bay suffered the heaviest casualties because of the low standard of living. Environmental campaigners have over and again branded this place as unsanitary, accommodating more than 5000 people. Susans Bay is among the four new communities added to the project. The Head of the organization at Susans Bay is Isata Sesay, the head coach is Abdul Aziz Jalloh and Hassanatu Conteh serving as th Kids Play Coach.
