Murraytown is a very important community in Freetown. It is one of the places where the colonial heritage rest. It is the home to the Sierra Leone Grammar School, one of the first schools in west Africa.
Moreover, after the ten years brutal war that ended in 2002, Murraytown became the home to a camp for the war wounded and amputees and War Wounded Association.
Among the goals of FANT SL is to empower the status of the disable and other vulnerable people to a better life and achieving this through a community football club. Therefore Murraytown has been selected by FANT SL to implement its developmental project.
